Popular Nigerian singer Solidstar covers House Of Maliq's March Issue alongside Fast Rising Nollywood Actress Tana Adelana. Solidstar received much recognition for his smash hit 'Oluchi last year, whilst Tana can be remembered for her role in Rukky Sanda's movie 'Gold Digging'.
SolidStar is a Nigerian Hip hop, R&B, dancehall, afro-pop singer, producer and songwriter. Born Joshua Iniyezo on 8 November 1988, Solidstar hails from the Isoko minority ethnic group in Delta State, Nigeria, Specifically, his village is Aviara in Isoko South local government area of the state. He was born and bred in Ajegunle, but presently resides in Festac Town, Lagos.
He started singing and playing instruments,such as drums at the age of eight in his church choir and took to singing professionally in 2004.
He achieved national fame on the basis of his hit single, "One in a Million" featuring superstar, 2face.
Apart from 2face, he has had the opportunity of performing alongside other established artistes such as superstar, Naeto C, teenage prodigy, Wizkid, Chocolate City rappers Ice Prince and Jesse Jagz, Skales, Tonto Dikeh,Djinee, Kas and YQ.
Solidstar has performed in several high profile events,such as the 2face idibia 10th year anniversary concert,the mtn biggest football concert, Now Muzik's "Only Me" concert and several charity concerts across Africa.
He curently has a hit single with Naija top art Flavour .Song titled "Oluchi"
The graduate of the University of Lagos have been seriously developing her talent in acting. She played a lead role in one of Ghollywood’s hit movie‘Single And Married’ .The movie which was produced by Yvonne Nelson earned her critical acclaim and widespread interest from various casting supervisors and film producers. She also starred in Blessing Effiom Egbe’s production ‘2 Brides and a Baby, One of Rukky Sanda's movie "Gold Digging" ..She has featured in countless movies.
The entrepreneur has also hosted perhaps the biggest entertainment event, Hip Hop World’s Award with arguably the biggest name in Nigerian entertainment, D’banj. She has also gone on to work as host with other events, such as MTN Y’ello, LG karaoke Mega Star Show, Coca Cola Fc Tv Show and Zain Naira Rain Promo.
She was formally the face of the peak talent show which captures the audience of many across Africa and produced kida kudz .
