The Epic Selfie That Broke Twitter: Ellen DeGeneres Star Studded Picture Beats President Obama's Previous Record!

Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres took a moment from hosting the Oscar's to take what has now become an epic a selfie with some of Hollywood's biggest stars which included Lupita Nyong'o, Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie,  Meryl Streep, Jared Leto, Jennifer Lawrence, Channing Tatum and Kevin Spacey. The picture was taken by Bradley Cooper. 

When Ellen posted it on her twitter page, it broke twitter record for most retweets receiving over 2.2million retweets beating the .

The picture beat the previous 778,000 retweets previously held by President Barack Obama. The tweet also 'broke Twitter' as the site crashed for a few minutes because of the traffic from the pic described as the 'best photo ever!'
